- Open the Webflow Designer and select the Semflow App by clicking the app icon on the lefthand toolbar.
For Framer Users:
- Install the Semflow Plugin from the Framer Marketplace.
- Add the Semflow plugin to your Framer project.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your site and start optimizing.

I don't want the user to get this same email for multiple sites all in the same day. Let's set a limit where if they have multiple sites that meet this criteria, they will only recieve one email like this every 4 days. So if there are multiple, these emails will be spaced out 4 days.
